Do you really offer Same Day Delivery?

Yes we do, we'll deliver your in stock purchase made by 3PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday to any address within our same day delivery area. There is no limit on how much or how little you purchase to get same day delivery. Our same day delivery area encompasses the entire Roanoke Valley, Franklin County and Smith Mountain Lake. We also offer quick deliveries throughout all of Virginia, North Carolina and West Virginia.

What if I decide to pick up my purchase?

Picking up your new furniture is quick and easy. Our warehouse is less than one mile from the store. Our staff will assist you in inspecting your purchase and loading it into your vehicle. Our Warehouse hours for pickups are: Monday through Saturday, 10AM-4:30PM and Sunday, Noon-4:30PM.

When you talk about everyday low prices what do you mean?

We offer you the region’s best prices on what we sell every day of the year. We don’t believe in running “made up” sales that don’t really offer true savings. Marking it up on Tuesday to have a sale on Wednesday makes no sense to us. We keep it simple, with everyday low prices that are the best we can offer EVERY DAY of the year, so you can buy with confidence when you are ready.

I have heard you talk about how your low overhead and high volume help keep prices down. Can you explain that?

It’s really very simple; we are a single location retailer that does very high volume. That results in cost savings we can pass on to our customers in the form of lower prices. We don’t believe in a lot of fancy corporate frills, our focus is on providing you with the best value possible. One thing we never cut is service so you can enjoy the savings while enjoying great service.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. In addition, we offer financing through third party finance companies, subject to their credit approval. See the store for details.

If I choose to get my furniture delivered what does that include?

When you choose to have your furniture delivered we will schedule a delivery window that is convenient for you. Your furniture will be assembled as required and inspected prior to being loaded on our truck. Upon arrival at your home our delivery team will place the furniture in the area you specify and complete any final assembly.

All deliveries are done by our employees on our own trucks. We feel this better allows us to provide you with the level of service you expect.
