Our craftsmen build with American solid hardwoods and use mortise and tenon joinery. We offer traditional to contemporary designs that create warm, inviting, and functional spaces. At Briarwood, our attention to detail extends far beyond the quality of the fine furniture we create. All of our solid wood furniture is completed with formaldehyde-free finish products. Formaldehyde is a carcinogen commonly used in adhesives and finishes of lessor quality products. We also support our local communities and the environment by sourcing only locally grown and harvested lumber. We
strive to generate little waste by using wood remnants to heat our homes in the winter and build memory-making campfires in the summer. Sawdust is generously distributed to area farms for use as bedding for livestock. Proper use and maintainance of our woodlands is essential to a thriving ecosystem.
