Our Growing Company is Seeking Qualified Customer Service Reps for our Busy Showrooms
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage incoming calls
- Process Sales
- Arrange financing and layway payments
- Schedule customer deliveries
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools particularly in reports
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
