Terms:

• No credit check is required and no layaway fees charged
• Furniture purchased on Layaway does not qualify for the Paid-in-full Cash Discount price as displayed on the website. Please check with your Sales Associate for the Everyday Low Price for Layaway or financing greater than twelve month financing
• 20% NON-REFUNDABLE down payment required at time of order
• Delivery fees, sales tax, and purchase of FCP 4 Year In Home Benefits Plan can be included in the total Layaway plan amount, of which a 20% down payment is applied
• Maximum of 6 months. Layaway may be paid off early, but the term cannot be extended
• For Layaway plans established in the first 15 days of month, the first monthly payment is due the 5th of following month. For Layaway Plans established after the 15th of each month, the first monthly payment is due 5th of the second month. In example: Layaway established and 20% down payment made on March 14th, first monthly payment is due April 5th. If the Layaway Plan is established and 20% down payment made on March 16th, the first monthly installment due May 5th

Conditions:

• Layaway orders must be picked up or scheduled for delivery within 14 days of final payment if all items are in stock
• Order will be delivered only after full order is in stock and the Layaway Plan account is paid in full
• You may not add items to an existing Layaway Plan, however you can make additional purchases by establishing another Layaway Plan with 20% non-refundable down payment
• VFM Easy Layaway may be canceled by the customer at any time. The 20% down payment is non-refundable, any other payments will be refunded in store credit to be used toward another purchase
• In the event of delinquency (thirty days past due) VFM will cancel the layaway, retain the 20% down payment, and any other funds in the Easy Layaway account will be issued as store credit toward a new purchase
• Should VFM have to cancel the layaway due to product unavailability such as discontinued by the manufacturer, all funds in the layaway account including the down payment will be issued as store credit toward a new purchase

Eligible Purchases:

• Merchandise in our Outlet stores, Online Clearance Items, and All Custom Orders are NOT eligible for Layaway
• All other merchandise is eligible for layaway whether in stock or available to order
