This guarantee is available with purchase of our "Love Your Mattress" Package

Typically mattresses are not returnable or exchangeable.

By purchasing our "Love Your Mattress" package with your mattress you are eligible for a one time exchange of your mattress for 180 Days from the date of your purchase.

Just a few guidelines will apply:

• In order to give you and your mattress time to get to know each other we ask that you sleep on your mattress for a minimum of 30 days prior to an exchange.
• Your mattress protector must be used as any stains or damage to the mattress will render the "Love Your Mattress" Guarantee invalid and your mattress will not be eligible for exchange.
• You are eligible for a one time exchange of your mattress for another mattress of your choice within 180 days of your purchase.
• If you exchange your mattress for one that is a lesser cost you will receive a store credit for the difference in price.
• If you exchange your mattress for one that is of higher cost you will be responsible for the difference.
• No delivery charge is due for the exchange as long as the mattress is at the original delivery address.
• Pillows and Protectors are not eligible for exchange and are non-returnable.
