At Virginia Furniture Market we want you to have an exceptional experience, before, during and after your purchase.
To back that up we offer a 14 day return or exchange period for regular stock items. If you are not pleased with your purchase, contact our customer service department.
In addition we offer a 1-Year Guarantee for manufacturing defects. If within one year you find an issue or defect, please contact our service department at 540-334-3876 option 2 and we will send out a qualified service technician to check out the problem.
Mattresses, special order items, clearance items and items from our outlets are not returnable.
Refunds
Payments by cash or check will be refunded by check and processed within 3 business days. Credit card payments will be refunded by credit to the original account used for payment.
