Our Growing Company is seeking a results-driven retail sales associates to join our Virginia Furniture Market team at Various Locations.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Ability to push, pull, squat, bend, lift 50 pounds, and sit or stand for 8 hours (mattress stores)
